How long is the standard rental period?
Our standard rental period is 2 weeks, which gives you plenty of time to pack, move, and unpack. Need more time? We offer flexible weekly extensions as an add-on.
Are the totes cleaned between moves?
Absolutely. Every ToteStak is cleaned and sanitized between every rental.
What if I have stairs in my move?
Our heavy-duty dollies make rolling stacked totes a breeze on flat surfaces and ramps. For stairs, the totes are ergonomically designed with reinforced handles for a secure two-person grip.
What is your damage policy?
Our commercial-grade plastic is nearly indestructible. However, if a tote is lost or severely damaged, we have a simple replacement fee outlined in our terms. We don't worry about normal wear and tear.
What exactly is included in each package?
Each package comes with our signature commercial totes, attached clamshell lids, high-grip rolling dollies (quantity based on package size), and waterproof labels.
How fast can I get delivery?
We typically deliver within 24-48 hours of booking. During peak moving seasons, we recommend reserving your totes at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred dates.

Reusable totes are stronger, stack better, and eliminate the hassle of buying, building, and disposing of cardboard boxes.
How clean are the totes?
All totes are cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
How long do I keep the totes?
Standard rentals include up to 14 days. Additional time may be available upon request.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. We deliver the totes before your move and pick them up after you're finished.
What happens if I need more totes?
